Clothing & Physical Products

All clothing and physical products are final sale.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

• Choosing the wrong size
• Changing your mind
• Not liking the item
• Ordering the wrong item
• The item not fitting as expected
• Personal preference regarding color, style, or appearance

Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, photos, and measurements before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or video showing the problem

We will review the issue and, if the item qualifies, determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or other remedy.

Do not send an item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Digital Products & Workout Programs

All digital products, including downloadable workout programs, workout plans, PDFs, guides, and other digital content, are final sale.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all purchases of digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products due to:

• Change of mind
• Accidental purchase
• Not using the program
• Not liking the program
• Failure to download or access the product after purchase
• Purchasing the wrong program
• Personal preference

Please make sure you review the product description and purchase the correct digital product before completing your order.

Problems Accessing a Digital Product

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a digital product you purchased, please contact us at Sells@theconfidencerehab.com and provide your order information.

We will do our best to help you access the product you purchased.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be processed quickly, so cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds

If a refund is approved under this policy, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow your payment provider or financial institution additional time to process the refund after it has been issued.
